What type of moves and service do you offer?
We offer Small long and short distance moves light removals of boxes and bags
from rooms bedsits and studios. We do larger local moves, office relocations and
single item pick ups and deliveries. Whatever your needs please make an enquiry.
Do you help with the loading and unloading?
Yes, we load your belongings to and from the van and place in the desired rooms.
If there is stairs or a fire escape which has to be accessed or any awkward
passages please let us know.
How and when should I pay for a light removal?
Cash or company cheque on completion. If paying by cheque please let us

We have competitive rates for home, office and business relocations. Whether you
are after a fixed price quote or choose to use hourly rate we have it covered.
Do you deliver single items of furniture?
Yes we pick up and deliver beds, mattresses, sofas or wardrobes etc as part of a
light removal we can also pick them eBay auction items.
Can I leave my clothes in a chest
drawers?
Clothes can be left in drawers if
they are too heavy or unsafe to move the drawers will be took out and replaced
in unit in the van and the same at destination address. Do not place heavy items
in drawers
Will my Belongings remain clean?
Vans are clean and after each move are cleared out, removal
blankets are placed over goods
Do you only move people in Manchester?
No, we work locally in Manchester and also do long distance moves from
Manchester to anywhere in the UK such has London and Scotland and any
destination back to Manchester.
How long does it take to move?
This is dependant on a number of factors, stairs and distant from
your door to the van if moving from an apartment block it may entail having to
truck boxes along corridors and waiting for lifts, and whether the customer has
prepared there move.

Can I leave frozen food in the
freezer?
If moving short distances frozen food can be left in freezer this
is at customers own risk, fridges will be loaded last and unloaded first, if
moving long distances it is advised to run freezer food down prior to move
What happens if it
rains, or the weather is bad?
If it rains on the day of
your move the show still goes on we will take every care not to walk wet feet
all over your new place
Do movers
disassemble beds?
We can dismantle beds and some types of furniture this will have to be
agreed while you are booking your move
Do you offer a
packing service?
Yes all items will be separately wrapped in paper or bubble wrap and boxed in
removalist cartons for their safety if you require.
Are my goods insured?
There are two classes of insurance, Transit & Comprehensive. Please feel free to
discuss this when you book your move to ensure your maximum protection.
How are my furniture items protected whilst in the van?
All items of furniture are individually wrapped in a removal blanket and secured
inside the truck with ties.
Do you move pot plants?
Yes we Transport pot plants, however you must remember that the plant probably
arrived separately at your current address, therefore the possibility of damage
during transit is greatly increased due to weight.
What about our pets?
Moving can be stressful to your cat & dog, please ensure that they are secured
prior to moving, and reassure them with regular attention.
